Now you can update your patients’ primary care provider (PCP) easily, and in real time, through the Eligibility and Benefits tool in the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal. You won’t have to worry about incomplete or duplicate faxes, and your patients won’t have to call it in.

Any changes will be effective the day they’re made. Please note, however, the portal doesn’t allow you to make retroactive or future changes.
