Extended search abilities help you find items quicker and easier in TrackIt: This enhancement adds a Date Range Search button that allows users to view items beyond 14 days on applicable tabs. They can search by date (30-, 60- and 90-day increments or custom date ranges) or column header. Depending on the tab, additional filter options are available. Because of this update, the Type to Refine and Search Extended Range links have gone away. However, the default view remains at 14 days for applicable tabs. |

Update email notifications in TrackIt: Users can opt out of TrackIt notification emails at the Corp MPIN level within Profile and Settings. In addition to opting out, users can assign all notifications to go to the same email. | Sept. 13, 2024 |

Admit/discharge notifications: TrackIt notifies primary care providers (PCPs) when a patient, who has a UnitedHealthcare Community Plan (Medicaid) or Medicare Advantage plan, is admitted/discharged and/or has an emergency room visit. PCPs will be asked to acknowledge the notification(s). |
