2025 Medicare Advantage service area changes
Effective Jan. 1, 2025, we’re making changes to some UnitedHealthcare® Medicare Advantage service areas and discontinuing some plans. Some of your patients may be affected. We’ll send them non-renewal notices dated Oct. 2, 2024, to let them know of these changes and their options.
