In May 2023, we’re upgrading our claims editing application with the latest in technology. System improvements will enable us to administer benefits in accordance with the most up-to-date standards and trends.
The upgrade will also allow more efficient and accurate handling of your claim submissions, with an expected outcome of fewer claim rejections. Additionally, it may help reduce our manual efforts to recover claim overpayments and curtail challenges of fraud, waste and abuse.
There’s nothing you need to do regarding this upgrade. You should experience no disruptions to your claims process during this transition.
